Senior Program Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager for Enterprise Programs.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead delivery of complex programs that align to enterprise goals and deliver measurable value

Drive transformational programs to deliver on business priorities and ensure solutions are implemented as planned

Manage program governance, track KPIs, and coordinate organizational change across functions

Required Qualifications :

Doctorate degree with 2 years or Master's degree with 4 years or Bachelor's degree with 6 years of relevant experience

Associate's degree with 10 years or High school diploma / GED with 12 years of relevant experience

6-10 years of experience delivering business technology solutions in a global organization

Demonstrated success in aligning technology execution with business strategy

Proficiency with program and portfolio management tools and experience with stakeholder engagement
