Location : 100% Remote (Candidates must reside in the DMV area)

Duration : 6-month initial contract

Summary :

CareFirst is seeking an experienced Paralegal to support the update of over 1,000 vendor agreements, reflecting a change in mailing address from Owings Mills, MD, to Baltimore, MD. The consultant will be responsible for reviewing existing agreements, drafting amendments with the updated address, and working with vendors to obtain agreement on the changes. Contracts are currently stored in SAP Ariba.

Requirements :

• 7+ years of experience in contract management
• Strong understanding of how to read and draft vendor contracts
• Experience using any contract management platform (SAP Ariba preferred)
• Associate's degree or certifications in Paralegal Studies or Contract Management
