Tuscaloosa Ford is hiring Sales Associates!

  • Our Sales Staff can earn as much as $100,000 per year!
  • 43 Hour Work Week with Excellent Benefits
  • WE PROMOTE FROM WITHIN - Advancement Opportunities Available to Qualified Candidates

    • Responsibilities

  • Meet and Greet Customers
  • Introduce them to the vehicle product line
  • Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new / used vehicles.
  • Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business.
  • Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
  • Bring your ‘A game’ along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day.

    • Qualifications

  • Positive Attitude and ready to learn new skill set
  • Excellent Phone and Computer Skills
  • Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members
  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
  • Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
