In this role, you will engage closely with our wholesale and retail customers to understand their needs and provide expert recommendations on Sherwin-Williams products. Our customer service team is dedicated to resolving any customer inquiries swiftly, ensuring maximum satisfaction while maintaining the visual standards of our store and products.

You will work at Store #2104, located at : 19720 S Dixie Hwy, Cutler Bay, FL 33157.

As a key member of our team, you will :

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through outstanding sales service.
• Assist customers both in-person and over the phone by accurately identifying their needs and presenting suitable products and services.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with our wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately in accordance with company policies.
• Meet and exceed sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain organized work order files and formulas.
• Sourcing products from the sales floor or warehouse as needed.
• Tint and mix products to meet customer specifications.
• Organize shelves and set up visually appealing displays.
• Perform routine maintenance on store equipment.
• Assist with loading / unloading delivery trucks and making deliveries.
• Keep assigned areas in-stock and visually appealing.
• Stay knowledgeable about available products and company options to assist customers effectively.
• Adhere to inventory control policies.
• Propose strategies to enhance sales performance.
