Responsibilities:

1. Customer Communication:
   
   • Serve as the main point of contact for customers, both in person and over the phone, addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing assistance as needed.
   • Communicate with customers to gather feedback on their dealership experience, addressing any concerns or issues they may have.
   • Provide timely updates to customers regarding the status of their vehicle repairs or service appointments.
2. Issue Resolution:
   
   • Act as a liaison between customers and dealership departments (such as service, sales, and finance) to resolve any concerns or complaints promptly and to the customer's satisfaction.
   • Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and empathy, working to find mutually beneficial solutions.
3. Customer Satisfaction:
   
   • Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience.
   • Follow up with customers after service appointments or vehicle purchases to ensure their satisfaction and address any outstanding concerns.
4. Documentation and Reporting:
   
   • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions, in the dealership's customer relationship management (CRM) system.
   • Generate reports on customer feedback and satisfaction metrics for dealership management.
5. Relationship Building:
   
   • Build strong, positive relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
   • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell dealership products and services based on customer needs and preferences.
6. Training and Development:
   
   • Stay updated on dealership products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
   • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance customer service skills and knowledge of dealership operations.
