Engineering Project Manager

We are seeking a highly organized, results-driven Engineering Project Manager to lead cross-functional engineering initiatives from concept to completion. In this role, you will coordinate resources, manage timelines, mitigate risks, and ensure management team is kept up to date on all timelines. Location : Aurora, Colorado
What You Will Do
- Plan, manage, and execute engineering projects across multiple disciplines
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and resource plans
- Identify, track, and resolve issues and risks; escalate when necessary
- Facilitate regular team meetings, status updates, and customer briefings
- Ensure adherence to engineering best practices, quality standards, and compliance requirements
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and post-project reviews
- Maintain and control engineering records, and documentation in compliance with industry and customer standards
- Implement records retention policies and support audit readiness
- Manage Configuration Items (CIs) and support baseline control, change management, and product traceability
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and a minimum of 8 years of prior engineering experience or equivalent experience.5 years of project management experience in an engineering or technical environmentExperience delivering complex technical projects within established timelines and budget constraintsExperience with engineering development processesExperience in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Asana, Smartsheet)Experience in leadership roleAn active and transferable TS / SCI CI Poly U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for the required security clearance.Qualifications We Prefer
