Job descriptionLifting, stacking, and organizing product Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse Follow all cold storage handling procedures and company policies Ensure safe and accurate receipt, storage, and shipment of food and non-food products Comfortable working in acold storagefacility Ability to lift up to 70lbs on a consistent basis Ability to exert maximum muscle force to lift, push, pull or carry objects Must have reliable transportation and means of contact Work is very fast-paced and physically demanding Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required Integrity : Do the right thing Quality : Trust in and follow the process consistently Leadership : Intentionally setting the example at all times Performance : Focusing on improvement to be better than yesterday Balance : Supporting whole-person fulfillment We are an equal opportunity employer and considers all qualified applicants equally without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran status, or disability status
