Our client, a medical equipment provider, is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Part-Time) to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the Customer Service Department supporting the Sales and Administrative Teams . The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills , strong attention to detail , and customer-focused attitude , which will align successfully in the organization.

What’s the Job?
Perform general office duties and answer calls professionally
Provide excellent customer service in a medical equipment setting
Process payments and securely handle credit card information
Create sales packs by confirming physician information with customers and coordinating with doctors’ offices
Assist customers with loading items into their cars when necessary
What’s Needed?
Computer proficient with strong attention to detail
Good customer service skills and communication abilities
Ability to handle sensitive payment information responsibly
Experience with the Pac-win system is a plus (training provided)
Retail experience is beneficial but not required
