Customer Service & Sales Assistant
On Site, needed in Roosevelt, UT. Looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service & Sales Assistant to help provide excellent customer care, support our sales team, and assist with social media updates and other tasks as assigned by management. You'll be the first point of contact for many customers, so excellent communication and organization skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities :
- Answer phone and email inquiries with professionalism and care
- Support the sales team with orders, tracking, and follow-up
- Prepare sales-related materials for wholesale accounts
- Assist with order entry, customer documentation, and data updates
- Maintain product knowledge and share accurate information
- Support social media updates and customer engagement
- Participate in team meetings and cross-training tasks
- Fulfill additional duties as assigned by management
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalentCustomer service or administrative experience preferredStrong verbal and written communication skillsFriendly, confident, and professional demeanorProficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite; CRM experience a plusOrganized, self-motivated, and able to multitask effectivelyComfortable using and maintaining social media accountsMust be able to lift 20 poundsMust work on-site, Mon Fri, 9 AM 2 PM (includes a 30-min unpaid lunch)Perks :
