Recruiter, It Staffing - Remote
We're seeking a motivated and people-driven IT Staffing Recruiter who's passionate about finding great talent and building meaningful candidate relationships. In this role, you'll own the full recruitment lifecycle, from shaping hiring strategies to delivering an exceptional candidate experience. You'll partner closely with hiring managers, act as a trusted talent advisor, and play a key role in strengthening our reputation as a great place to work. What You'll Do
- Own the Recruiting Strategy
- Design and execute end-to-end recruiting strategies aligned with business goals
- Develop and refine job descriptions and role requirements
- Conduct job and task analysis to clearly define success for each role
- Source & Attract Top Talent
- Proactively source candidates using ATS databases, social platforms, and creative outreach
- Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Promote our employer brand and attract candidates who align with our culture
- Screen & Interview Candidates
- Review resumes and applications with a critical eye for skills and potential
- Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews using a variety of assessment methods
- Evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and soft skills
- Candidate Experience & Onboarding
- Act as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process
- Guide new hires through onboarding to ensure a smooth and positive start
- Build long-term relationships that support future hiring and referrals
- Data, Reporting & Best Practices
- Track recruiting metrics and deliver clear, data-driven hiring reports
- Stay current on recruiting best practices, tools, and market trends
- Continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency and candidate quality
What you need
- Proven experience as a Recruiter (in-house or agency)
- Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills
- Hands-on experience with ATS, CMS, and HR databases
- Excellent communication, judgment, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities effectively
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field
