LHH is seeking a proactive and highly organized Temporary Executive Assistant to support senior leadership and the local team in a fast-paced, professional environment. This is a strictly temporary opportunity with no expectation of extension beyond the initial 4–6 month period.

Job Opportunity : Temporary Executive Assistant – Downtown Houston, TX

Location : 100% On-site – Downtown Houston

Duration : 4–6 Months

Compensation : $25–$32 / hour

Start Date : ASAP

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM (some overtime may be required during staff shortages)

Key Responsibilities :

Provide high-level administrative and office support to executives and team members

Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and time / expense reporting

Draft, edit, and proofread business correspondence and presentations

Coordinate client deliverables and assist with billing and engagement management

Support marketing and practice development initiatives

Serve as a liaison for internal and external clients

Maintain confidentiality and deliver exceptional customer service

Collaborate with internal teams to manage workflow and special projects

Qualifications :

High School Diploma or GED (required)

Minimum 2 years of senior administrative or executive support experience

Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

Must reside in the Houston area and be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
