Kentro is hiring a Program Analyst to support a DOD SOCOM opportunity . Kentro will provide the Government with program management and services related to emerging technology solutions including Enterprise Architecture (EA) and data science, application development and management support, training, and enterprise ecosystem support.

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with project stakeholders to gather and document business and technical requirements.
• Evaluate current project-related business processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements or automation opportunities.
• Support project management activities including meeting coordination, agenda development, and documentation.
• Develop and maintain project-specific business process documentation, use cases, and reports.
• Partner with technical teams to ensure project requirements are accurately translated into system and software solutions.
• Support budget formulation, execution, and tracking for project funding.
• Assist in preparing project spend plans, financial forecasts, and budget justifications.
• Monitor and reconcile project expenses, obligations, and expenditures.
• Develop financial reports and dashboards to support project leadership decision-making.
• Coordinate with project management to ensure compliance with government fiscal policies and funding timelines.
• Identify financial risks, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions to maintain project financial health.
