Work Environment : Contact center (inbound and outbound calls).
Responsibilities :
- nswer inbound calls and make outbound calls to assist clients with home financing, refinancing, or home equity loans.
- nalyze client financial goals and recommend the best lending solutions.
- Submit mortgage applications and assist clients in gathering required documentation.
- Keep clients informed throughout the mortgage loan process.
- Use multiple technology systems to support clients and referral partners.
- Follow lending policies and processes to meet guidelines and manage risk.
- Communicate regularly with clients and business partners via phone, email, and online messaging.
- Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services through referrals.
- Deliver exceptional client care and maintain strong relationships.
Required Qualifications :
Minimum 1 year of sales and mortgage experience.High School Diploma or GED required.Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and non-verbal).bility to build positive client relationships and provide proactive service.Skilled in customer service, sales, and handling the full end-to-end loan process.ble to work under pressure and prioritize multiple tasks.daptable and flexible with changing business needs.Willingness to work weekends or extended hours as needed.Must register with the SAFE Act federal registry system and maintain good standing (Background Check is Required).Preferred Qualifications :
