Community Integration Mentor

PathWays has been providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities and their families for over 50 years. As a Community Integration Mentor, you will have the rewarding opportunity to work closely with individuals to help them integrate into their communities and achieve personal goals. Mentors collaborate closely with individuals and their families to implement the services outlined in the individual's service agreement. This role is perfect for anyone looking to explore the human services field or to complement an existing position in education or childcare.
