Make a difference in the life of a child!Implement individualized behavior plans and protocols designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) under their guidanceCollect and record data on client behavior and progressProvide one-on-one support to clients with autism spectrum disorderMaintain a safe and respectful environment for clients and staffHelp the child develop essential life skills such as motor skills, personal hygiene, daily living, potty training, and social / emotional skillsGet up / down off floor often, move quicklyLearn new things every day, work independently and provide the best quality care to the kids we serveYou Have :
6+ months of documented experience working with kids or adults with special needsLots of energy, playful, creativeDependable - someone your client and their family can count onAbility to constantly get up and down off floor, move quicklyReliable transportation to travel to client homes and other locationsTech savviness- learn our data collection software and use basic office softwareInterested in working with evidence-based methods based in science and proven effectiveWho We Are :
