Job Summary : We are seeking a dependable, hardworking individual to join our farm team as a Farm Hand. This role involves a variety of tasks including mowing, tending to horses, fence repair, and general farm maintenance. The ideal candidate should have practical experience with farm equipment, livestock care, and basic repairs. A strong work ethic, ability to work independently, and a positive attitude are essential. The position will be in Morriston, FL 32668.

Key Responsibilities :

• Mowing & Grounds Maintenance : Operate lawn mowers and other equipment to maintain pastures, lawns, and fields.
• Horse Care : Feed, groom, clean stalls, and monitor the health and well-being of horses.
• Fence Repair : Inspect, repair, and maintain fences to ensure livestock safety.
• Equipment Maintenance : Assist with routine upkeep and minor repairs of farm tools and machinery.
• General Farm Duties : Support planting, harvesting, and other farm tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
• Safety & Cleanliness : Follow farm safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
