About the Role:

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
• Monitor and document clients' health conditions and report changes to healthcare professionals.
• Medication reminders and assist with mobility and physical exercises.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Adhere to all safety and health regulations while providing care.

Requirements:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification required.
• Previous experience in home health care or a similar role preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor.
• Ability to follow care plans and maintain accurate records.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Must pass background checks and drug screenings.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
