Rates : $450 / hr, Night call pager fee $500 and $500 / hr call-back

Monday : 7 : 30 AM - 5 : 30 PM

Tuesday : 7 : 30 AM - 5 : 30 PM

Wednesday : 7 : 30 AM - 5 : 30 PM

Thursday : 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM

Friday : 7 : 30 AM - 5 : 30 PM
