Role Description
As a Revenue Operations Analyst at Lumos, you have massive opportunity to be the engine behind revenue growth, optimizing tools, data, and processes that help Lumos win more.
Your Responsibilities
Own the Deal Desk process partnering with Sales and Finance to guide deal structure, pricing strategy, and approvals.Build and maintain sales territories, quota models, and forecasting tools.Support sales strategy projects by analyzing pipeline trends and identifying process improvements.Deliver insights and dashboards that inform revenue performance and leadership decisions.Ensure data accuracy across CRM and related GTM systems.What We're Looking For :
4+ years of experience in a Revenue Operations or Sales Operations roleExperience working in a B2B SaaS organization, ideally supporting enterprise or larger mid-market dealsStrong Excel / Google Sheets skills, comfortable building and troubleshooting modelsExperience with Salesforce and CPQ tools (experience managing quoting workflows a plus) and the ability to translate data into actionable insightsExperience managing cross-functional projects and driving them to completion.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skillsStrong communicator, able to collaborate effectively across Sales, Finance, and Leadership teams.We also care about whether you would be a good fit for Lumos based on the values and characteristics that define how we achieve outcomes, not just your resume.

Pay Range
$110,000 - 160,000 Note that this range is a good faith estimate of likely pay for this role; upon hire, the pay may differ due to skill and / or level of experience.
