Job descriptionSan Antonio, Texas. Variable; includes evenings, weekends, and Federal holidays based on game schedule. Demonstrated experience officiating youth or intramural sports; multi-sport officiating is preferred. Must be properly trained and certified to officiate in the applicable sport(s); training documentation and certifications must be submitted before each season. Basketball : NCAA or NFHS Rules Certification Soccer : FIFA / IFAB Rules Knowledge Softball / Baseball : ASA, Little League, or USSSA Certification Volleyball : USVA or NIRSA Rules Familiarity Flag Football & Kickball : NIRSA Rulebook Proficiency Key Responsibilities : Officiate youth sports games (ages 5–18) including but not limited to : baseball, softball, soccer, basketball, volleyball, kickball, and flag football. Arrive 15 minutes prior to game time in proper uniform with required officiating equipment (e.g., whistle, scorebook, ball counter). Conduct pre-game meetings with teams and ensure equipment and field safety standards are met. Monitor player conduct and enforce game rules and JBSA Youth Sports By-Laws without deviation. Report injuries, misconduct, ejections, or protest incidents by the next duty day. Powered by JazzHR

- Ladgov Corporation is seeking a professional, experienced Youth Sports Official to support the delivery of high-quality, organized youth sports programs across Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Randolph, JBSA Lackland, and JBSA Fort Sam Houston.
