What You'll Do :

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and respond to emergency situations as appropriate.

Monitor and control access to the location, verifying credentials and authorizing entry for employees, visitors, and contractors.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.

Maintain detailed records of access control activities, incidents, and observations as required by site procedures.

Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal management to address security-related matters and support a secure environment within the manufacturing and industrial setting.

Assist in implementing emergency response procedures and support evacuation or lockdown drills as directed.

Minimum Requirements :

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

CPR or first aid certification is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
