We are looking for an experienced Powder Coater to join a manufacturing team in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate has hands-on knowledge of powder coating techniques and is detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality.

Responsibilities :

Prepare and apply powder coating finishes to metal and other surfaces

Operate and maintain spray guns, ovens, and other coating equipment

Inspect finished products for quality, color consistency, and proper coverage

Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area

Assist with general production tasks as needed

Qualifications :

Previous powder coating or industrial painting experience required

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods

Knowledge of powder coating equipment and processes a plus

Strong attention to detail and quality standards

Dependable and able to work well in a team environment

Schedule :

Full-time, Monday–Friday (overtime may be required)
