California Licensed Senior Accounting Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Accounting Manager on a contract basis to support running GL and Global Consolidations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and execute components of the month-end and quarter-end close process, including journal entries and account reconciliations

Prepare and review consolidated financial statements across multiple entities and currencies

Support intercompany transactions, eliminations, and reconciliation of balances across subsidiaries

Required Qualifications

5+ years of accounting experience, ideally within a public company or SOX environment

Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, intercompany accounting, and consolidations

Proven experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and hands-on experience with an ERP system (preferably NetSuite or similar)

CPA (active or inactive)
