Job descriptionManage accounting staff.Oversee the General Ledger, A / P, A / R, P / R, product inventory, invoicing, banking, budgeting, and financial statement activities.Ensure compliance with state and federal tax regulations and coordinate with outside auditors.Manage document storage and archive process.Provide financial analysis and reports as needed.Assist with General Ledger maintenance, analysis and classifications.Perform additional relevant duties as assigned.Bachelor Degree or equivalent; preferably in Accounting, Finance or other closely related field.CPA certification preferred.3+ years relevant accounting experience; preferably within a similar manufacturing environment.Knowledge of accounting / auditing principles and practices.Expert technology and computer skills, with advanced knowledge of Excel and Access.Excellent management and supervisory skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
