Stellar Senior Living is seeking an outstanding and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team, based in Arizona or Texas . This is an exciting opportunity to work with a team of passionate, caring, and talented professionals who are committed to enriching the lives of our residents and ensuring the highest standards of care across our communities. This position will be assigned to support our Tucson, Texas, and New Mexico properties. Currently, we have 3 in Tucson, 1 in New Mexico, and 5 in Texas.

What We Offer
Key Responsibilities
Ensure company-wide compliance with organizational policies, state, and federal healthcare regulations.
Provide leadership, training, and ongoing education to community nursing teams on clinical practices and compliance standards.
Oversee quality assurance initiatives and collaborate with Human Resources to identify and mitigate potential risks.
Develop, revise, and implement clinical program manuals and policies that align with industry best practices.
Ensure accuracy and compliance across resident assessments, care planning, and documentation.
Lead the development and execution of clinical orientation, continuing education, and competency programs for nursing staff.
Partner with Assisted Living communities to enhance outcomes in key clinical focus areas such as fall prevention, medication management, and psychotropic medication reduction.
Support new community openings, transitions, and ongoing regulatory compliance reviews.
Qualifications
Willingness and ability to obtain licensure in other states as needed.
Strong background in regulatory compliance, clinical education, and quality assurance.
