Position Overview :

We’re looking for a self-motivated Graphic Designer with a strong background in direct mail design, Adobe InDesign (INDD), XMPie, and print production . The ideal candidate thrives independently but also collaborates seamlessly with cross-functional teams including account managers, data specialists, and production staff.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and layout direct mail pieces using Adobe InDesign
• Set up and execute variable data print (VDP) campaigns using XMPie
• Collaborate with data teams to ensure seamless integration of personalization
• Prepare print-ready files and liaise with production teams to meet tight deadlines
• Maintain design consistency while adapting creative to a variety of formats and client needs
• Troubleshoot file and printing issues and follow best practices for output
