Compensation: $105,000 - $125,000 Base + Benefits, Allowances, and Bonus!

BBSI has partnered with a well-established, full-service architectural, civil, and structural concrete firm dedicated to delivering high-quality work to the public. Our projects span commercial, public works, and heavy civil, ranging from complex repairs to ground-up builds. We take pride in operating with professionalism, integrity, and a strong commitment to ethical and sustainable construction practices.

Due to continued growth and expansion, we are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee field operations and ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily on-site construction activities from start to completion
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and internal teams
• Enforce jobsite safety standards and company policies
• Review plans, specifications, and schedules to ensure accurate execution
• Maintain project schedules, track progress, and address issues proactively
• Ensure quality control and compliance with applicable codes and regulations
• Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, architects, and clients
• Document daily activities, inspections, and progress reports

Qualifications

• 7-10 + years of Superintendent experience in commercial, public works, and heavy civil
• Strong background in concrete construction
• Solid understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and schedules
• Proficiency with OSHA standards, Construction management software, ProCore or Bluebeam, and other relevant tools.
• Proven ability to lead crews and manage multiple trades
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
• Commitment to safety, quality, and ethical building practices
• Bilingual Spanish a plus
