Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $2,586 per week in Fayetteville, WV

Periodic office meetings are required. Must have reliable transportation, a current driver’s license, and agency-required liability insurance. Average number of patients per day is 5-6. Contractor will be assigned between 5-10 patients per day, which equates to roughly 6-8 points. Guaranteed hours are not provided. In case of low patient census, please discuss options to pick up hours at a nearby clinic. Types of cases include Start of Care and Follow-Ups. No first-timers accepted; recent Home Health experience is mandatory. Weekend requirements vary depending on location and profession. Discuss on-call requirements during the interview. Travel coverage area is within 75 miles from the home clinic. Mileage will be reimbursed at the IRS standard rate. The commute to and from the first and last patient is not billable. Local candidates are accepted at the same rate. Pending licenses are not accepted unless the license takes a few days to obtain. Various schedule types may be available, including 4x10 shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with driving distances that may exceed 20 minutes between patients. All documentation must be completed within 24 hours of the patient appointment. Delays in documentation that impact billing and follow-up patient care may result in cancellation. No guaranteed hours with this contract; clinicians must meet weekly productivity points of 30. All overtime must be pre-approved. If insufficient patients are scheduled, there is an opportunity to float to another nearby clinic to pick up patients.
