Job descriptionCall clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business Reach out to all inquiries with the goal of converting leads into listing appointments Conduct market analysis to ensure listing prices are well-researched Calling, interviewing, and onboarding salespeople Follow up on all candidates in a timely manner No cold calling. All candidates are provided - you text, email, and call pre-qualified, vetted salespeople for interviews Experience in building a sales team would be of value Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone Possesses a real estate license Team player who believes their success is the team’s success Great communication skills, interpersonal skills, and time management skills Completes tasks quickly and efficiently Great phone voice and attitude Works well independently and is a great team member Strong work ethic and great money motivation Backed by our "Go Serve Big" mission statement, Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty strives to be the best place to work, buy, and sell real estate guaranteed. - This is a very unique sales position. While we offer a base salary plus commissions , the true legacy play is income made on everyone you help recruit in perpetuity (as long as they are working with our company.)
