• 100% Outpatient
• Join 2 Physicians & 3 APPs
• Office hours are Monday-Friday 7:30am-5:00pm
• 4.5 Day Work Week! (32 Patient Contact Hours)
• Minimal Call (Phone Only): Every 5th week

• Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine Physician
• Passionate about caring for medically complex patients within a practice that uplifts all.

• Ability to perform common outpatient procedures desired
