Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement : Communicate effectively with clients to assess their needs and ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Problem Resolution : Address client inquiries and resolve any issues efficiently while maintaining satisfaction.
  • Information Update : Keep detailed records of client interactions and maintain updated client information.
  • Policy Assistance : Assist clients in navigating and understanding their insurance options and policies.
  • Support Coordination : Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and problem resolution for clients.

Requirements

  • Bilingual : Proficient in Spanish and English is required.
  • Education : High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Experience : Prior experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous.
  • Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-solving Skills : Strong ability to assess situations and provide solutions effectively.
  • Interpersonal Skills : Ability to interact positively with clients and build long-term relationships.
