A company is looking for an Account Support Advisor (Remote / Hybrid).
Key Responsibilities
Correspond with customers regarding product orders, pricing discrepancies, and shipment tracking
Communicate with manufacturers about made-to-order products and estimated delivery times
Document customer interactions and escalate complicated issues to management as needed
Required Qualifications
1+ years of clerical and / or customer service experience
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
Flexibility and ability to work well in a team environment
Above average typing and data entry speed & accuracy
Willingness to work overtime when required
