About The Position

Opportunity Details

Medicus has partnered with a leading facility in eastern North Carolina that has an opening for a Cardiovascular Surgery Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide locum coverage.

About the Opening :

• Schedule : 6 : 30a-7p or 6 : 30p-7a
• Setting : 16-bed cardiovascular ICU
• Required Procedures : Central and arterial lines, chest tube placement and removal, thoracentesis, intra-aortic balloon pump removal, Swan-Ganz placement, bronchoscopy, pacing wire removal, and feeding tube placement
• Team Structure : 5 academic intensivists and 6 APPs
• EMR : Epic
• Must be board-certified
• Paid travel & expenses
