Lead Installer & Install Team Supervisor

Were seeking a skilled, motivated Lead Installer & Install Team Supervisor to lead our installation department. This is a hands-on role for someone who not only installs custom window coverings with precision and pride, but also coaches, motivates, and manages a team to do the same. You'll also oversee our warehouse operations and help drive scheduling, quality control, and customer satisfaction.

    • What Youll Be Doing

  • Lead by example as the primary installer for residential and commercial window coveringsincluding blinds, shades, shutters, draperies, film, and motorized treatments.
  • Train, supervise, and motivate a team of 610 installers and warehouse staff to ensure outstanding workmanship and 5-star customer service.
  • Oversee install scheduling and warehouse operations , including receiving, labeling, and organizing freight.
  • Coordinate with office staff, sales consultants, and vendors to resolve installation issues and ensure seamless project execution.
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and replace damaged products as needed.
  • Take precise window measurements and confirm site readiness.
  • Support lead generation efforts through home shows or canvassing when needed.

    • What Were Looking For

  • Proven experience leading and developing a team , preferably in a skilled trade or service field.
  • Strong installation, handyman, or carpentry experience window covering installation a plus.
  • High attention to quality, detail, and customer service .
  • Organized and proactive with problem-solving skills .
  • Comfortable using ladders and lifting 50+ lbs.
  • Great communication with customers, team members, and vendors.
  • Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
  • Able to pass a background check and drug screening.

    • Compensation & Work Details

  • Salary : $54,000$60,000 / year (based on experience)
  • Bonus potential tied to team performance and customer satisfaction
  • Full-time : 40 hours / week, in-person at our main facility (no remote work)
  • Health Insurance not provided, but competitive options available through our broker partner
