Job Summary :
The Director, Compensation & Benefits, is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and administration of Astound's total rewards programs, ensuring they are competitive, compliant, cost-effective, and aligned with the company's business objectives. This leader will direct and manage operational excellence across compensation, benefits, and recognition programs, supporting Astound's ability to attract, engage, and retain top talent.
Reporting to the Vice President, Total Rewards, the Director will serve as a trusted advisor to people leaders and HR business partners, guiding and administering compensation and benefits policies, governance, and best practices. This individual will perform the evaluation of current programs, monitor industry trends, and recommend enhancements that balance business needs, and regulatory requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities :
Requirements / Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field required; Master's degree and / or CCP certification preferred.
Experience : 10+ years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits, including 5+ years in a leadership capacity within a complex, multi-site organization.

Base Salary : The base salary range for this position is $135,000 - $175,000 (annually), plus opportunities for bonus and benefits. The base pay range represents the low and high end of the hiring range for this job. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to relevant skills, experience, and capabilities.
