Key Responsibilities

Lead a team in the development and implementation of natural language applications for educational measurement

Support innovation in automated scoring and crisis alert detection in student writing

Contribute to research and development efforts, including publishing findings and presenting at meetings

Required Qualifications

Ph.D. in psychometrics / measurement, NLP, statistics, or a related computational field

10+ years of professional experience in K-12 assessment

8+ years of experience working with software developers, NLP scientists, and data scientists

Experience in client-facing roles, including presentations

Established publication record in NLP applications in K-12 assessment
