Position : Family Medicine Physician
Location : Charleston / Hilton Head Area, South Carolina
Schedule : Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM | No Call Required

Position Summary
The facility is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join its thriving outpatient primary care team in the Charleston / Hilton Head area of South Carolina.
This is a full-time, outpatient-only role with no call requirements , offering an ideal work-life balance.

Essential Position Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive primary care for patients across all age groups.
Conduct physical exams, preventive screenings, and manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and heart disease.
Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and support staff to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care.
Emphasize preventive health, patient education, and wellness initiatives.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
Participate in quality improvement and professional development activities as part of the clinical team.
Qualifications
Education : MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution.
Licensure & Certification : Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine; eligible for South Carolina medical licensure.
Experience : Prior outpatient or family practice experience preferred; new graduates welcome to apply.
