Birch Healthcare Center is seeking a passionate and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) who will also serve as our Infection Preventionist (IP) . This is an exciting full-time leadership opportunity to help guide our clinical team, ensure regulatory compliance, and uphold the highest standards of resident care.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist the Director of Nursing in overseeing daily clinical operations and staff management
• Serve as the facility’s Infection Preventionist—monitoring infection control practices and ensuring compliance with all state and federal guidelines
• Educate staff on infection prevention policies and procedures
• Participate in quality assurance, audits, and performance improvement initiatives
• Support onboarding, mentoring, and evaluation of nursing staff
• Act as a key liaison between nursing staff, administration, and other departments
