Pediatric Home Health Nurse (RN / LPN) Weekends & Days

Location : Fort Meade, FL

Schedule : Full-time days with rotating weekends (strongly preferred) | Part-time day or weekend shifts available | 12-hour nights (7 AM 7 PM)

Pay Range : LPN $23$28 / hr | RN $29$33 / hr

What Youll Do

• Provide safe, skilled 1 : 1 nursing care in the home setting
• Follow individualized care plans and promptly report patient changes
• Deliver compassionate, safety-focused, and preventative care
• Accurately document patient progress and daily activities
• Collaborate closely with families, physicians, and the care team
