Senior Estimator – Civil / Site Development

Kissimmee, FL

Trillium Construction is seeking a highly skilled Senior Estimator for a full-time, direct hire opportunity with a leading site development contractor based in the Kissimmee, Florida area.

This contractor specializes in grading and earthwork projects ranging from 5 to 60 acres and offers a full suite of site services including erosion control, clearing, grading, sanitary and storm sewer installation, water line work, as well as paving, curbing, and wall construction.

Position Overview :

The Senior Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive bids for civil sitework projects. The ideal candidate has proven experience in estimating site development projects and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Review project plans, specifications, and bid documents to determine full scope of work
• Perform detailed takeoffs using Agtek or similar software for volume and quantity calculations
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and vendor pricing
• Prepare and submit comprehensive bid proposals with qualifications and clarifications
• Track and price change orders as needed
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure estimates are aligned with project execution goals
