Job description

Guthrie Medical Group seeks a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Director of Clinical Research Anesthesiologists to support our Anesthesia Residency Program. MD or DO / PhD Preferred.

  • Oversee clinical research activities for residents and faculty, partnering with the Guthrie Foundation
  • 18 state-of-the-art operating rooms
  • Teaching with regular rotations of residents and medical students.
  • Robust EHR used in all areas, including the operating room (EPIC 10-Star health system, top 1% of EPIC Organizations)
  • The Anesthesia Department manages the OR schedule, providing the necessary structure for a smooth, efficient workday
  • Administrative time built into the schedule.
  • H1-B Visa supported

Work-Life Balance

  • 4-6 Weeks’ vacation time based on experience and tenure
  • 5 Personal days per year
  • 8 Holidays

    • Comprehensive Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary Range :  $572K to $596K total compensation.
  • $25K Starting Bonus and $25K Retention Bonus each year for the following three years
  • $15K Quality / Citizenship Bonus available annually
  • Full benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and disability insurance
  • Malpractice / Liability Insurance, including tail coverage
  • Guthrie retirement savings plan (403B) with employer match (1 / 2 of the first 6% that you invest) and (1-3.5%) age-based contributions
  • Allowance for licensure fees, DEA certificate, and renewals
