Job description4-6 Weeks’ vacation time based on experience and tenure 5 Personal days per year 8 Holidays Salary Range : $572K to $596K total compensation. $25K Starting Bonus and $25K Retention Bonus each year for the following three years $15K Quality / Citizenship Bonus available annually Full benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and disability insurance Malpractice / Liability Insurance, including tail coverage Guthrie retirement savings plan (403B) with employer match (1 / 2 of the first 6% that you invest) and (1-3.5%) age-based contributions Allowance for licensure fees, DEA certificate, and renewals Meeting time – 14 days with options for home study and financial support Guthrie is a regional campus for the Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine. Physician Mentoring and leadership training opportunities are available. Relocation expenses paid – up to $15K for qualified candidates (subject to taxes) Accompanying partner placement assistance available Physician professional and social special interest groups Dedicated onboarding specialist and provider services team to ensure a successful start at Guthrie
Guthrie Medical Group seeks a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Director of Clinical Research Anesthesiologists to support our Anesthesia Residency Program. MD or DO / PhD Preferred.
