Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage strong customer relationships.
- Prospect and close new business while maintaining existing accounts.
- Recommend tire solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales and profit targets.
- Work with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure timely service.
- Stay informed on pricing, competitor activity, and market trends.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of outside or B2B sales experience (tire, fleet, or automotive sector preferred).Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.Preferred : Experience with CRM / sales software and knowledge of commercial tire products.Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8-hour shiftLocation Requirement : Must be able to commute to or relocate to Linden, NJ 07036 before starting workAbility to pass a pre-employment drug test.Company Description
