Job descriptionActive / unrestricted medical license or eligibility in Missouri Must provide comprehensive OB / GYN care including : Gynecological surgery Preventative care Capable of conducting hospital rounds or coordinating hospitalist care Comfortable in collaborative, multidisciplinary care settings Participate in shared call schedule (after-hours support) DaVinci Robotic Surgical System (newly acquired) Dedicated procedure rooms : Ultrasound, Colposcopy, Urodynamics Competitive Base Salary $75,000 Signing Bonus $2,000 / month Stipend (for residents / fellows) $125,000 Student Loan Repayment (paid over 6 years) Relocation Assistance Provided Malpractice Insurance + Tail Coverage Included Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability – starts Day 1 401(k) with employer match + Pension / 403(b) options CME Allowance + 5 paid CME days Professional growth support with CME and leadership opportunities Strong multidisciplinary support (pediatricians, CRNAs, APPs, St. Louis Children’s Hospital consultants) Emphasis on team-based care, mentorship, and patient-centered outcomes Encouraged participation in quality improvement and hospital outreach Small-town charm with easy access to St. Louis (1 hour away via I-44) No city personal property tax Lower property taxes than metro areas Local amenities : Dining, shopping, community events, farmer’s markets Outdoor activities : Meramec River, State Parks, Caverns, Walking trails Great schools (public and private) + local college access Open communication Sense of urgency Teamwork Accountability Driven to win Higher consciousness
