This established practice features a state-of-the-art birthing center with 16 LDRP rooms, a Level II Nursery, and a dedicated surgical suite. The outpatient office is conveniently located on campus, just a short walk from the LDRP unit, and is staffed with experienced healthcare professionals. The facility serves a medically underserved community and partners with a local FQHC to provide safety net care to women in the area.

Job Details :
- Cover both inpatient and outpatient services in an established practice
- Perform fetal monitoring and manage low risk pregnancies including history of twins, toxemia, and pyelonephritis
- Conduct FHR interpretation (NST / CST / FSE)
- Perform and interpret OB ultrasounds
- Manage routine deliveries including vaginal, low forceps, and decision-making for C-section
- Handle complicated deliveries including C-section, breech, multiple births, abruptions, VBACs, and repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations
- Provide office / minor gynecology services including IUD, cystoscopy, colposcopy, cryosurgery, and LEEP
- Perform laparoscopic diagnostic / minor procedures such as tubal ligation, LOAs, and chromal tubation
- Conduct operative / major procedures including management of ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal, cystectomy, and extensive LOAs
- Work in a practice with a goal of 3 physicians and advanced practice providers
- Benefit from experienced RNs and support staff in both clinic and hospital settings
- Practice in a facility with Cerner EMR (converting to Epic in 2025)
- Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency with plans to obtain certification)
- Must hold or be willing to obtain Illinois license
- Must be a Certified Neonatal Resuscitation Provider (NRP)
- Clean malpractice history preferred

Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
