About the Role

The Company is in search of a Head of Total Rewards to lead the oversight of its benefits and compensation programs, ensuring they remain competitive and aligned with the organization's goals and industry trends. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies, conducting regular reviews, and making recommendations for program enhancements. This role involves managing a team, providing guidance to leaders on compensation, benefits, and leave of absence, and spearheading an education strategy to enhance employee understanding of the programs. The Head of Total Rewards will also be tasked with ensuring legal compliance with a range of federal, state, and local regulations and staying abreast of new developments in the field.

Applicants for the Head of Total Rewards position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, finance, or a related field, with a preference for CCP certification. A minimum of 8 years' experience in compensation and benefits, including at least 6 years in a leadership role with experience managing managers, is required. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly advanced Excel skills, is a must, with Oracle experience being preferred. The role demands a candidate who is proactive, analytical, and able to collaborate with a team to implement employee recognition, manage relocations, and oversee workplace wellness programs.
