Job Title : Personal Injury Attorney

About the Role :

I am seeking a skilled Personal Injury Attorney to join a growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience handling personal injury matters from intake through resolution, including discovery, depositions, mediation, and trial preparation. You will work closely with clients to provide compassionate guidance and effective advocacy while managing a diverse caseload.

Responsibilities :

Handle all phases of personal injury litigation, including pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation

Conduct client meetings, depositions, and negotiations with opposing counsel and insurance carriers

Draft motions, briefs, and settlement demands

Work collaboratively with paralegals and support staff to ensure efficient case management

Qualifications :

J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar license in New Jersey

0-4 years of experience in personal injury litigation (plaintiff or defense)

Strong negotiation, communication, and courtroom skills

Ability to manage multiple cases with attention to detail and deadlines
