We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Associate Attorney to join our thriving legal team. This is a permanent, full-time position where you will be handling a broad range of real estate and civil litigation matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in condo, HOA, commercial, and civil litigation. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about real estate law, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and is keen to make a significant impact on our clients' lives.

Responsibilities :

1. Represent clients in all stages of real estate transactions, from negotiation to closing.

2. Handle a variety of real estate-related litigation matters including condo, HOA, and commercial disputes.

3. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, and other legal documents.

4. Provide legal advice to clients on a range of real estate issues.

5. Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparation.

6. Represent clients in court and before government agencies.

7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.

8. Collaborate with our legal team to develop strategies for complex cases.

9. Stay updated on current laws, regulations, and industry trends related to real estate.

Qualifications :

1. Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.

2. Admission to the state bar.

3. At least 5 years of experience as a Real Estate Associate Attorney or similar role.

4. Proven experience in condo, HOA, commercial, and civil litigation.

5. Strong knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and industry trends.

6. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

7. Ability to handle a high-volume caseload and meet tight deadlines.

8. Proficient in legal research and writing.

9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

10. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.

11. High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
