Job description
A company is looking for a Lead Test Engineer to join their dynamic team and deliver impactful software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct and review quality control tests to ensure systems meet specified standards and user requirements
Draft test plans and scripts, ensuring successful completion and documentation of system tests
Lead complex projects, designing scalable testing strategies and driving automation efforts
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
Typically requires 8+ years of related work experience
Experience in creating and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation
Ability to communicate complex ideas across functions and levels
Proven expertise in coding, testing, and deployment best practices
