ROLE OVERVIEW

Adult Primary Care role in Phoenix metro- choice of multiple sites

100% Outpatient

Capped patient panel for work life balance

Newly Built, State-of-the-art clinics

Clinic hours : M-F 8a-5p

Value Based Care

Typical day : 10-12 Patients per day

Call Schedule based on total # of physicians between sites (if 9 physician in city = call 1 : 9)

In-Office Medical Procedures :

• Wound Care :

PACKAGE

$260k Base + Bonus - $310k potential year 1

YOU

BC in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (required)

Capability to conduct & interpret preventive screenings relevant to geriatric patients

Minor procedures (above) experience ideal

Ability to obtain / maintain medical license inPennsylvania

Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor with or w / o US residency with current US work visa.
